Rebranding!!
Hi! So basically I'm just kinda rebranding my online persona! Say hi to Caly!
Why did I do this?
One reason is cuz I kinda wanna stop using my actual real name online, especially for things that are more publicly available.
For the longest time I've been using CalinXD, but in the past few months I've realized how unnatural that name is for the English language. I wanna keep my stuff in English, so yeah there's also the fact that Calyren is easier to pronounce since it's more naturally English-sounding than CalinXD.
So what does this mean?
If you knew me as CalinXD, don't worry, it's still me! I'm just using a name that feels more natural and comfortable for me online.
Also, one more thing that I wanna say is that I will be making both Fabric and NeoForge mods from now on. It's been something I've been meaning to do for a while, to be honest, and it's been pretty refreshing to work with NeoForge since it offers some mods & possibilities I didn't have on Fabric.

(Dominium 0.8) Where I've been
It's been two months since I made an update to my mod, huh? Basically, I hit an idea drought with Dominium and needed a break to work on other projects and do stuff for myself. There's also been school, exams, and other things I needed to take care of. Dominium is simply a passion project because I like Charter that much, and I've once been in the shoes of someone that wished they could play with Charter, so releasing my mod and letting others enjoy it has made me really happy.
Why the pause?
One of the reasons is that I ran out of ideas, and that's mainly my fault because for more than a month I only worked on Dominium, which caused a burnout.
Another reason is that I had other stuff going on in my life: school, exams, and other things I couldn't ignore for a passion project that I do for fun.
A third reason, a bit more unusual, is that the ContentSMP finale is slowly approaching. While I'm really excited about it, it made me think about Dominium a lot. It made me realize that after all it's just a fan work, that'll become pretty much obsolete if Charter ever comes out on 1.20.1. That realization did hurt my motivation a bit, though it doesn't mean I don't want to keep doing updates for myself and the people that have been enjoying the mod.
My last reason is that I wanted to work on other mods too. One of the mods I started during the development pause is actually close to being released, I just need to add some finishing touches.
What does this mean for Dominium?
I think I mentioned some dates for Dominium once, well, you can forget about those. I'd rather take it slowly and work on the mod whenever I feel like it, than go through another burnout. So expect less frequent updates of variable sizes.
Also, if Charter is ever released on 1.20.1, I'll discontinue the mod and break it into different independent mods, as it'll pretty much become obsolete.

Thank you for playing my mod. Creation, of all kinds, has always been a passion of mine, and it fills my heart to see others enjoy it and have fun because of it. It's actually the reason why, in the end, I've decided to keep working on it. So, again, thank you!
